Brief

The Spore Authority (formerly Smart Healthy Homes) asked us to help them rebrand and scale their business including a complete overhaul of their entire digital presence so that they could focus their efforts on growing their year over year revenue and create a more memorable brand and presence in the minds of their clients.

We created The Spore Authority brand from scratch, transitioning them to a brand new higher converting WordPress Theme, Shot new Staff Candid Photography, Streamlined their brand identity across all online locations including social media, Created All New Marketing Materials and Uniforms, Implemented a Google Ads Campaign that Cut Leads in Half and Increased Conversions by 2x, and created original video content and web based content to help them educate their clients on their value proposition.

We continue to work with the brand to help them achieve new milestones for revenue and scale as they look to open a second location and eventually franchise across the US.

We have continued to drive 10x-20x ROI on marketing spend for top line revenues. We helped The Spore Authority more than double Year over Year revenue from 2024 to 2025, after several stagnant years for the company. We continue to drive profitable growth as the company has booked out clients on average three months out in advanced, solidifying their pipeline and allowing them to generate free cash flow to continue to invest in growth opportunities. We helped the site grow between 500% of the traffic that they had in the trailing twelve months. We took the conversion rate on leads from 5-15% up to as much as 50% when we began to target higher intent leads through our Google Ads Strategy!

The project presented a unique challenge in that most targeted keywords were highly competitive and traditionally cost about $120 per lead. We have reduced the CPL to the $30-$60 rage and continue to drive qualified leads to the business.
